Private Dining & Events


Estelle Bistro has a variety of options available for private functions and we will work with you to create a memorable dining experience to match your event.

We offer two spaces upstairs which can combine to seat up to 52 guests or a stand up cocktail function for 70 guests. Individually, the Matilda Room (High Street facing) can seat up to 28 guests and the Harrison Room can seat up to 20 guests. Alternatively, you can book out the combined space and use half of the room as a pre-dinner drink space, or break out space for a meeting or presentation.

The rooms are both recently renovated with a monochromatic colour palette so you can bring to the space your own creativity and flair or choose to embrace its timeless, classical style. 

Estelle Bistro also has a stunning natural light filled courtyard to the rear of the building which can be used for private bookings of up to 40 people sit down or 55 people for a stand up cocktail function. Its washed brick wall and vertical garden lends itself to a fantastic atmosphere and a brilliant natural environment.

Estelle Bistro is also available for private group bookings subject to availability. Alternatively, Scott Pickett can cater for your event at a location of your choice through Catering by SP. Please feel free to call us to discuss these options.

Seated Menu Options

We can offer you a menu tailored to your event, however, we have several menu options to choose from:

3 course shared style menu.
3 course individually plated menu.
5 course chefs tasting menu.
Stand up canape menus.

You may also choose to add a couple of snacks from our canapé menu or platters of charcuterie to begin. Our menus change constantly as they are based around seasonal quality produce so please feel free to see what is currently on offer on our website:

If you would like to choose to bring in a birthday cake for your event, a $5 per person cakeage fee will apply for us to cut and serve your cake.

We have several options for you to consider when it comes to beverages. You can choose your own wines from our extensive wine list and be charged on consumption, our sommelier can perfectly match a wine list for your special occasion or you can choose from our beverage packages on offer.

Terms & Conditions: Tentative bookings are held for a period of seven days. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm the booking. Failing receipt of confirmation in writing and deposit, the reservation will be released. Menu choices, beverage selections and dietary requirements must be finalised 7 days prior to your event. Final numbers are required 2 days prior to your event. Minimum numbers and a minimum spend apply for all events. Full payment is due at the time of your event. Prices are inclusive of GST. Public holiday surcharge of 10% applies. If you choose to cancel, we must get this in writing 14 days prior to the event or your deposit will be forfeited.
